Terms of service

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the Metal Shop online store, owned by UBV MONT d.o.o., Varaždinska 12, 32000 Vukovar, Croatia, tax number (OIB) 56348683007 (hereinafter: "the Seller").

By using the online store, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

1. General provisions

  • The online store is available to individuals and legal entities.
  • All products and services offered in the online store are subject to availability.
  • The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Prices

  • All prices in the online store are shown in euros (EUR). For customers in some EU countries, the price may also be shown for information in the local currency, converted at the current exchange rate.
  • The Seller is not registered for VAT, so VAT is neither calculated nor charged.
  • Prices valid at the time the order is received apply.
  • The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Payment methods

Customers can pay by credit and debit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

4. Delivery

  • PLAMEN products (fireplaces, stoves, cookers and cookware made by Plamen d.o.o.) are delivered only within the Republic of Croatia.
  • All other products are delivered throughout the European Union.
  • The shipping cost is shown when ordering, and delivery is made by the GLS courier service. Prices and approximate delivery times by zone are listed in the Shipping policy.

5. Returns and complaints

The customer has the right to return products and withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. Detailed return conditions are set out in the separate Refund policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Liability

The Seller makes every effort to keep the information in the online store accurate and up to date. However, errors in prices, descriptions or availability are possible. In such cases, the Seller will inform the customer and offer to cancel the order or confirm it under the correct conditions.

The Seller is not liable for temporary unavailability of the online store, technical difficulties, or errors caused by force majeure or the actions of third parties.

7. Copyright

All texts, logos, photographs and other content related to the products sold by Metal Shop are the exclusive property of the Seller and its partners and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court at the Seller's registered seat (Vukovar).
