Warranty

The PeX and KotliX rocket stoves come with a 12-month warranty on the construction, starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover

• damage caused by improper use,
• wear from normal use,
• paint defects – at high temperatures the paint naturally changes colour and wears over time, which is normal for wood-burning stoves.

Every stove comes with instructions for safe use. Please follow them so you can use your stove safely for a long time.

How to report a defect

Send us your order number, a short description and photos to info@metalshop.hr or call +385 95 346 2110 (Mon–Fri, 8–15 h). We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights regarding material defects.
